Place sausage in a large skillet over medium heat brown all sides remove and cool. Slice the cooled sausages into thin diagonal slices.
Pour vegetable oil into an empty skillet along with sliced bell pepper strips. Stir and salt peppers. On high heat add garlic, butter and oregano until peppers are soft.
1 lb BARI brand Italian sausage (Cut into 6-inch lengths)
1/4 c Vegetable oil
4 Cloves garlic, minced
2 large Bell peppers, sliced (remove seeds)
2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Garlic salt
1 tsp Onion salt
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Butter
Add the sliced sausage and cover over medium heat for 15-20 minutes, Stir occasionally (peppers should be mushy).
