Collaborative divorce is a structured, out-of-court process where both spouses and their attorneys commit in writing to resolve the case without litigation. It is faster, more private, and often less expensive than a contested divorce — especially when children are involved.
We serve clients throughout the Fox Valley and Greater Chicagoland, including Kane County, DuPage County, Kendall County, DeKalb County, and surrounding communities. Virtual consultations available for clients outside our immediate area.
We respond to most inquiries within one business hour during normal hours. Urgent matters — such as recent arrests or emergency family law issues — receive priority handling.
In Illinois, having an attorney review your purchase contract and represent you at closing is standard practice and strongly recommended. We handle contract review, attorney-modification, title issues, and closing for both buyers and sellers.
We use flat fees where possible (real estate closings, simple uncontested matters, basic estate documents) and hourly billing for matters whose scope cannot be reasonably predicted. Fees are always discussed up-front before you sign anything.
