- 2 ½ – 3 lb chuck roast
- 16 oz jar pepperoncini peppers
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 pkg instant brown gravy mix
Place roast in crockpot on high. Add onion and seasoning then pour entire jar of peppers with juice over roast. Cook for about 8 hours. Remove peppers if desired then add one pkg of brown gravy to thicken. Serve on Hoagie buns with chips. Add slice of pepper jack or provolone cheese if desired.
